  本发明公开了一种可降解的双子季铵盐杀菌剂及其制备方法。第一步是利用N,N-二甲基甘氨酸和长链脂肪醇（碳原子数为8,10,12,14,16,18）及苯甲醇在缩合试剂下进行酯化反应得到相应的N,N-二甲基甘氨酸酯，第二步是用得到的N,N-二甲基甘氨酸酯和氯化氢、溴化氢或碘化氢生成对应的盐，第三步将前两步得到的产物和环氧氯丙烷进行季铵化，得到一类可降解双子季铵盐。此双子季铵盐因分子中含有两个季氮离子的静电作用及酯基中羰基的诱导作用更有利于杀菌剂分子对细菌表面的吸附，从而改变细胞壁的渗透性使菌体破裂；且更有利于亲水基和疏水基分别伸入细菌细胞的类脂层和蛋白层，导致蛋白变性以及酶失活。以上协同效应使得该杀菌剂具有较强的杀菌能力。本发明提供的双子铵盐杀菌剂高效、低毒，容易降解，是一种环境友好型杀菌剂。
