  A small library combining two different benzoquinone cores with seven (L) amino acid methyl esters (alanine, N omega-nitro-arginine, N epsilon-BOC-lysine, isoleucine, methionine, phenylalanine and tryptophan) was prepared and tested for prion replication inhibition in ScGT1 cells.
