The present invention relates to compounds of general formula (I), wherein D 1 to D 3, -A-, n, R 1, R 2, Y 1, L and y2 are defined as in claim 1, which have valuable pharmacological properties, in particular are inhibitors of plasma kallikrein. The compounds are suitable for treatment and prevention of diseases which can be influenced by inhibition of plasma kallikrein, such as diabetic complications, particularly in the treatment of retinal vascular permeability associated with diabetic retinopathy and diabetic macular edema.

The copper(I) complex [Cu(C18(6)tren)]Br 1 (C18(6)tren = tris(2-dioctadecylaminoethyl)amine) which exhibits a good stability towards aerobic conditions is a versatile, highly reactive and recyclable catalyst for the Huisgen cycloaddition of azides with terminal or internal alkynes and is a useful catalyst for the preparation of "click" dendrimers.

In this article we report the first example of a heterogeneous photolatent catalyst for the copper‐catalyzedazide‐alkynecycloaddition (CuAAC) that is supported on chitosan. The heterogeneous copper(II) precatalyst was easily prepared by reaction of [CuII2(3‐benzoylbenzoate)4(H2O)2] complex 1 with chitosan powder.
