  本发明公开一种季戊四醇四异辛酸酯的制备方法，包括如下步骤：步骤一，季戊四醇四异辛酸酯的合成：按照质量分数，将季戊四醇、异辛酸、催化剂混合均匀，加入到反应容器中，200‑300r/min搅拌，升温至100‑200℃，反应5‑15h，降温至常温得到季戊四醇四异辛酸酯粗品；步骤二，季戊四醇四异辛酸酯粗品离心：步骤三，后处理：将季戊四醇四异辛酸酯混合液用5%的碱溶液洗涤，用分液漏斗分离得到油相，洗涤得到季戊四醇四异辛酸酯；步骤四，季戊四醇四异辛酸酯干燥：将除水剂加入到上述季戊四醇四异辛酸酯中，除水经过减压抽滤分离除水剂，得到季戊四醇四异辛酸酯产品。通过本发明制备得到的季戊四醇四异辛酸酯酯化率更高、纯度更高。
