present work reports an efficient one-pot synthesis of symmetrical pyridyl monoselenides by the reaction of bromo-/iodopyridines with the isopropylmagnesium chloride, iPrMgCl followed by quenching with selenyl chloride, SeCl2. The current methodology constitutes a convenient synthesis of bis(5-bromo-2-pyridyl) selenide (I), bis(2-bromo-5-pyridyl) selenide (II) and bis(2,5-dibromo-3-pyridyl) selenide
本工作由溴/ iodopyridines与异丙基氯化镁反应报告对称吡啶monoselenides的有效一锅法合成,我PrMgCl接着用selenyl酰氯,SECL淬火2。当前的方法学构成了双(5-溴-2-吡啶基)硒化物(I),双(2-溴-5-吡啶基)硒化物(II)和双(2,5-二溴-3-吡啶基)的便捷合成方法硒化物(III)在低温条件下需要更短的持续时间才能获得令人满意的收率。迄今未知的化合物已通过元素分析和各种光谱技术进行了表征,即1 H NMR,1313 C NMR,FT-IR,质谱和X射线晶体学。
