Five-membered 2,3-dioxo heterocycles: XLVIII. Reaction of 3-aroyl- and 3-heteroyl-2,4-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]-benzoxazine-1,2,4-triones with 3-amino-5,5-dimethyl-2-cyclohexenone

3-Aroyl- and 3-heteroyl-2,4-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzoxazine-1,2,4-triones react with 3-amino-5,5-dimethyl-2-cyclohexenone to give 3′-aroyl-4′-hydroxy-1′-o-hydroxyphenyl-6,6-dimethyl-2,2′,3,4,5,5′,6,7-octahydro-1H-indole-3-spiro-2′-pyrrole-2,4,5′-triones. The structure of the products was proved by X-ray analysis.
3-芳酰基和3-杂芳酰基-2,4-二氢-1H-吡咯并[2,1-c][1,4]苯并噁唑啉-1,2,4-三酮与3-氨基-5,5-二甲基-2-环己烯酮反应,生成3′-芳酰基-4′-羟基-1′-o-羟基苯基-6,6-二甲基-2,2′,3,4,5,5′,6,7-八氢-1H-吲哚-3-螺-2′-吡咯-2,4,5′-三酮。产物的结构通过X射线分析得到了证明。
