  我们已经实现了第一个三（二）氟乙胺与（杂）芳族溴化物的Ullmann型偶联反应，采用5–20 mol％Cu 2 O和草酰胺配体[ N-（2,4,6-三甲氧基苯基）乙酰胺]。这种有效和实用的方法具有以下特点：（i）避免使用昂贵的催化剂；（ii）不需要无水溶剂和严格的空气挤出；（iii）使用稳定且廉价的（杂）芳族溴化物；（iv）适合于氟烷基化的杂芳族底物的合成；（v）适合于克级合成。这项工作还显示了在铜催化的偶联反应中烷基胺的“负氟效应”。
