Synthesis and in vitro antitumor activity of 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives based on benzisoselenazolone

A series of novel 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives based on benzisoselenazolone were synthesized and evaluated for their cytotoxicity in vitro against human liver cancer cell SSMC-7721, human breast cancer cell MCF-7 and human lung cancer cell A549 by CCK-8 assay. The results showed that compounds 7e, 7f, 7h, 7k, 7I and 7m displayed good cytotoxicity against MCF-7 cell lines.
