The present invention provides a method of producing a planographic printing plate, including ejecting a photo-polymerizable ink composition containing at least one polymerization-initiating substance having a molar extinction coefficient of 1,000 M-1cm-1 or more in a wavelength range of 400 nm to 700 nm on a support, and polymerizing and hardening the ink deposited on the support by irradiation of the ink with light from a light source having an output of 1,000 W or less, and a planographic printing plate obtained by the method.
