The reaction of S,S-diphenyl- and S,S-dimethyl-N-imidoylsulfimides (1 and 2) with carbon disulfide was studied. 1 yielded nitrile, isothiocyanate, diphenyl sulfide, and sulfur, whereas 2 gave N-thiocarbonyl-S,S-dimethylsulfimide together with isothiocyanate.
