Dem gefalteten MHC-Klasse-I-Protein oder dem multimeren MHC-Klasse-I-Proteinkomplex wird ein Untersuchungspeptid und vorzugsweise ein Ligandentauscher/Ligandenfreisetzer zugefügt, so dass eine Analyselösung des Untersuchungsreagens erhältlich ist, die das MHC-Klasse-I-Protein mit Untersuchungspeptid aufweist.
