    A polyolefin-based mat film or sheet can be preared from a polymeric blend of the preset invention comprising a propylene polymer or copolymer as component (A) and a specific ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (VLDPE, so-called "super low-density polyethylene") as component (B). The polymeric blend may further comprise a high-pressure radical polymerization process ethylene polymer or copolymer and /or a modified polyolefin-based resin as component (C). The above blend of the present invention may further comprise an inorganic filler as component (D) and a flame retardant as component (E). The mat films or sheets prepared from these polymeric blends are excellent in tensile modulus, flexibility, impact resistance, thermal resistance, laminating properties, flame resistance, chalking resistance, covering power, scratch resistance, and widely used for fabricating adhesive tapes, covers or cases for stationeries, fashion bags, sheets for interior finish work in construction and automobile industries, and sheets for dressing steel plates.

    The present invention provides a vinyl chloride resin composition having an improved resistance to warm-water bleaching. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to the present invention is characterized by comprising, with respect to 100 parts by mass of a vinyl chloride-based resin, 0.01 to 10 parts by mass of (a) a zinc-modified hydrotalcite and 0.01 to 10 parts by mass of (b) an acrylic processing aid having a weight-average molecular weight of 200,000 to 7,000,000. The above-described (a) zinc-modified hydrotalcite is preferably a compound represented by the following Formula (I):         Mgx1Znx2Al2(OH)2(x1+x2)+4·CO3·mH2O     (I) (wherein, x1 and x2 each represent a number satisfying the conditions of the following equations; and m represents a real number: 0.1 ≤ x2/x1 < 10, 2 ≤ x1 + x2 < 20).

    The present invention provides a vinyl chloride resin composition for injection molding, including relative to 100 parts by mass of a vinyl chloride resin, (a) 0.01 to 10 parts by mass of an organic acid calcium salt and/or an organic acid zinc salt, (b) 0.01 to 10 parts by mass of a hydrotalcite compound, (c) 0.01 to 10 parts by mass of a β-diketone compound, and (d) 0.01 to 10 parts by mass of a polyol mixture, wherein the polyol mixture of component (d) is a polyol mixture composed of pentaerithrytol and condensates thereof; when the degree of condensation of pentaerithritol is represented by n, the combined content of the pentaerithrytol and condensates thereof of n = 1 to 3 is 5 to 40% by mass relative to the overall amount of the polyol mixture.

    The present invention provides a resin composition for a printing film, which has excellent colorability, heat resistance and printability; and a printing film using the same.
