yl]benzamide derivatives (II-1-51), derived from the structural modification of metoclopramide (I), were synthesized and examined for their pharmacological activities. Among them, N-[4-[2-(dimethylamino)ethoxy]benzyl]-3,4-dimethoxybenzamide (II-34) which exhibited well balanced gastrointestinal prokinetic and antiemetic activities was selected as a new type of gastrointestinal prokinetic agent.
合成了新的N-[[[二烷基氨基)乙氧基]苄基]苯甲酰胺衍生物(II-1-51),该衍生物衍生自甲氧氯普胺(I)的结构修饰,并研究了其药理活性。其中,选择表现出均衡的胃肠道运动和止吐活性的N- [4- [2-(二甲基氨基)乙氧基]苄基] -3,4-二甲氧基苯甲酰胺(II-34)作为新型胃肠道运动剂。
