  本发明提供一种脂肪酰胺丙基氧化胺及其合成方法，脂肪酰胺丙基氧化胺的合成分两步完成：第一步是脂肪酸与N,N‑二甲基‑1,3‑丙二胺合成脂肪酰胺丙基二甲胺；第二步是脂肪酰胺丙基二甲胺与双氧水反应而制得，该脂肪酰胺丙基氧化胺色泽浅、活性物高、游离胺和双氧水的含量低，且不含无机盐；本发明在合成过程中不使用碱性催化剂，合成方法简单，操作方便，而且在反应过程中不使用有机溶剂，以及对未反应的N,N‑二甲基‑1,3‑丙二胺采取回收再利用，不产生对环境造成污染，且有效降低成本，同时得到的脂肪酰胺丙基氧化胺的活性物高于35％，游离胺和双氧水的残留量均低于0.1％，且不含无机盐，与市售的同类型产品相比，产品具有很大的竞争优势。
