In the formula, R1 and R2 may be identical with or different from each other, and each represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms optionally having substituents, an alkoxy group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms optionally having substituents, an aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms optionally having substituents, an arylalkyl group having 7 to 20, carbon atoms optionally having substituents, or a cycloalkyl group having 5 to 12 carbon atoms optionally having substituents. The content of the above-mentioned bipyrrolo isoquinoline compound is preferably 0.001 to 20 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the above-mentioned synthetic resin.
