The present invention aims to provide a method of measuring hemoglobins which can measure hemoglobins in a short time at high accuracy. The present invention also aims to provide a method of measuring hemoglobin A1c, a method of simultaneously measuring hemoglobin A1c and hemoglobin F, a method of simultaneously measuring hemoglobin A1c and hemoglobin A2, and a method of simultaneously measuring hemoglobin A1c and abnormal hemoglobins, each utilizing the above-mentioned method of measuring hemoglobins by liquid chromatography. The present invention relates to a method of measuring hemoglobins by liquid chromatography.
