    This invention discloses a method for preparing polyesteramides by organocatalysis. The polyesteramides are prepared by a ring-opening polymerization reaction of comonomer under the action of an activator and an initiator, with ε-caprolactone and ε-caprolactam taken as the comonomer, and an I type carbene carboxylate compound or an L type carbene carboxylate compound taken as catalysts. Compared with the prior art, the method for preparing polyesteramides takes carbene as the catalyst and ε-caprolactone and ε-caprolactam as the reaction monomer, therefore, the total yield can reach 91.2%-97.1%, and degradable polyesteramide copolymers with different melting points (Tm) within 50-200°C can be prepared by adjusting the ratio of raw materials in a formula. At the same time, by the tensile test performed at a room temperature of 15 °C, the humidity of 50% and the speed of 200 mm/min, the hot pressed die sheet, which is 1.00 mm thick and 6.00mm wide, and made of the polyesteramides prepared by the method, has the tensile strength between 10 MPa and 60 MPa, and the Young's modulus between 0.1 GPa and 2 GPa.

    The present invention relates to a novel, rapid initiation mechanism for polymerising (meth)acrylates using latent initiators based on N-heterocyclic carbene compounds which can be thermally activated, such as, in particular, N-heterocyclic carbene-CO 2 compounds, carbene-CS 2 compounds or carbene-metal compounds (NHC). Using the new initiation mechanism, molecular weights of 10 000 to over 500 000 g/mol and a narrow polydispersity can be achieved for polymerisation of MMA. The polymerisations can be carried out both without solvent and in solution.

    The present invention relates to a novel, rapid initiating mechanism for anionic, ring-opening polymerization of lactones by means of latent initiators based on N-heterocyclic carbene compounds which can be thermally activated, such as, in particular, N-heterocyclic carbene-CO 2 , carbene-CS 2 and carbene-metal compounds (NHC). Molecular weights of 2000 to more than 20 000 g/mol and narrow polydispersities can thus be realized using the novel initiating mechanism for the polymerization of ε-caprolactone. The polymerizations may be carried out either without solvent or in solution. Compounds of this type are thermally latent and initiate a polymerization to give polylactones on heating, sometimes in high yields up to a level of quantitative conversion, while a reaction does not occur at room temperature. The polydispersity and molecular weight of the polylactone can be adjusted by selection of the initiator and the reaction conditions.

    The present invention relates to a rapid and innovative mechanism for initiating anionic ring-opening polymerization of laurolactam by means of latent initiators on the basis of thermally activatable N-heterocyclic carbene compounds, such as, more particularly, N-heterocyclic carbene-CO 2 compounds and carbene-metal compounds (NHCs). With the new initiation mechanism it is possible accordingly to realize molecular weights (M w ) of from 2000 up to more than 30,000 g/mol, and narrow polydispersities. The polymerizations may be carried out both in bulk and in solution in a suitable solvent. Compounds of this type are thermally latent and on heating initiate a polymerization to polylaurolactam in high yields, up to a quantitative conversion, whereas at room temperature there is no reaction. Polydispersity and molecular weight of the polylaurolactam can be adjusted through the choice of the initiator and of the reaction conditions.
