    An unsaturated polyester comprising: (A) from 95 to 80 parts by weight of a carboxyl terminated copolyester having an acid number of from 20 to 85; (B) from 4 to 15 parts by weight of an epoxyacrylate compound of the formula where R3 is selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen radical or an alkyl radical having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and (C) from .25 to 2 parts by weight of a stabilizer. A process for the production of an unsaturated polyester comprising reacting from 95 to 80 parts by weight of a carboxyl terminated polyester with 5 to 20 parts by weight of an epoxy-acrylate compound in an air atmosphere, at a temperature no greater than 170°C wherein said polyester has an acid number of from 20 to 85 and said epoxy-acrylate is of the formula where R3 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen radical or an alkyl radical having 1 to 4 carbon atoms.

    An unsaturated polyurethane which is the polymeric reaction product of one mole of a polyester, having a melting point no greater than 160°C. and an intrinsic viscosity of .12 to .6, with at least one mole of an organic polyisocyanate and at least one mole of a hydroxyl acrylate or methacrylate ester. The resulting polymer is capable of being cured by radiation.

    A multi-phase polymer composite having reduced oxygen permeability comprising the reaction product of a vinyl thermoplastic polymer having a major portion comprising an interpolymerized non-carbonyl containing vinyl monomer or mixture of polymerizable monomers, a polyhydric polymer derived from a saponified vinyl ester polymer having greater than about 40 mole percent vinyl alcohol content and a reactive coupling agent. The composites exhibit improved impact and delamination resistance and exhibit a wide processing window for melt processing such as injection blow molding of containers and the like.

    A multi-color ink for 3D printing, a 3D printer, and a method of controlling the 3D printer are provided. The multi-color ink for 3D printing including a first ink composition that includes a photocurable material, a photoinitiator configured to cure the photocurable material, a first colorant, and an anti-intercolor bleed agent configured to prevent intercolor bleeding occurring when the plurality of ink compositions come into contact with each other, and a second ink composition that includes a photocurable material, a photoinitiator configured to cure the photocurable material, and a second colorant having an acid moiety involved in a reaction with the anti-intercolor bleed agent to cause aggregation. The multi-color ink for 3D printing may enable a clear image by inhibiting intercolor bleeding that occurs when ink compositions with different colors are printed to be adjacent to each other before curing during 3D printing.
