  The invention provides a patch coated on the substrate with a capsaicin-containing silicone gel, in which the delivery amount of the capsaicin onto the skin is in a range of 0.01 to 0.145 g/m2, preferably 0.02 to 0.13 g/m2, and more preferably 0.04 to 0.12 g/m2area of the skin. Such a patch has balanced excellent the adhesive strength of the silicone gel and the comfortable feeling on the skin.
