  摘要：

  5‐(Substituted‐phenyl)‐4,6‐dioxo‐4,5,6,7‐tetrahydropyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidines derivatives were designed and synthesized, and their structures were identified by spectroscopic data and elemental analysis. From the result of the herbicidal activities, several compounds demonstrated good herbicidal activity. Compound 5f showed better inhibition rate against Zinnia elegans in comparison to 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e and 5g in the post‐emergence test.

  Novel 1-phenyl-piperazine-2,6-diones were prepared by a new facile synthetic routeusing methyl N-substituted iminomonoacetate as starting material. The structures of thesecompounds were established by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and GC/MS. 2-(4-Chloro-5-cyclo-pentyl-oxy-2-fluorophenyl)-tetrahydro-2H-pyrido-[1,2-a]-pyrazine-1,3-(4H,6H)-dione displayed thegreatest herbicidal activity.
