Abstract A method for the synthesis of 1-dialkylaminoalkyl-2-phenyl-4-arylidene-5-imidazolones from N-benzoyl-α,β-dehydroamino acid dialkylaminoalkylamides using trimethylchlorosilane and hexamethyldisilazane as dehydrating agents was proposed. 摘要 提出了一种以三甲基氯硅烷和六甲基二硅氮烷为脱水剂,由N-苯甲酰基-α,β-脱氢氨基酸二烷基氨基烷基酰胺合成1-二烷基氨基烷基-2-苯基-4-亚芳基-5-咪唑酮的方法。合成的咪唑酮通过与各种卤代烷和酸反应转化为相应的铵盐。研究了1-二烷基氨基烷基-2-苯基-4-亚芳基-5-咪唑酮及其季铵盐的抗胆碱酯酶性质。发现所研究的物质具有抗胆碱酯酶活性,并且主要对 BuChE 具有特异性。
