制备方法与用途

Zinpyr-1 是一种可渗透细胞的荧光探针，对锌具有选择性，在与金属离子络合时会诱导正荧光。其最大发射波长为 Em. λ = 527 纳米，激发范围在 515 到 507 nm 之间。为了检测不同锌浓度，可以使用超过 513-558 nm 的发射滤光片。Zinpyr-1 主要染色高尔基体或高尔基体相关囊泡，并且也可用作 PET 传感器。
