    本发明涉及一种双酰胺型磺酸盐表面活性剂及其制备方法。该表面活性剂的结构为:其中:R1、R2为C5‑C17的烷基,可以相同,也可以不同;n为2或3;X为CH2CH2SO3Na或CH2CH2CH2SO3Na或CH2CH2CH2CH2SO3Na或CH2CHOHCH2SO3Na。本发明涉及的双酰胺型磺酸盐表面活性剂由双酰胺基烷基仲胺与试剂如氯(溴)乙基磺酸钠或丙(丁)烷磺内酯或3‑氯‑2‑羟基丙烷磺酸钠反应后再用NaOH中和制得。通过与其它表面活性剂复配,可用作无碱驱油剂。在45℃、总表面活性剂质量分数0.01%‑0.5%条件下,无需加碱即能使原油/地层水界面张力降低至10‑3mN/m数量级。
