  A composition comprising (A) an organo-polysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups, (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two hydrogen atoms directly attached to silicon atoms, (C) a platinum catalyst, (D) an inorganic filler, and (E) a triazole compound has relatively low hardness, improved physical properties, and flame retardancy and is effective for forming a roll base on a cylindrical core. Overlying a fluoride coat on the roll base provides a fixing roll. The overcoat closely adheres to the base so that the fixing roll may withstand dynamic compression at high temperatures without separation and is suited for high speed printing operation.

  An addition curable self-adhesive silicone rubber composition is provided.
