    The invention relates to a method for producing a security element having a holographic layer in which a hologram is arranged, characterized by at least the following steps: a) providing the holographic layer; b) exposing the holographic layer at least in sections via a master hologram to produce a hologram copy in the holographic layer; e) printing the holographic layer at least in sections with an ink, forming a printed feature, wherein the ink comprises the melt of a dye or a colorless component or a solvent and a dye dissolved therein or a colorless component dissolved therein; d) fixing the exposed holographic layer to produce the hologram in the holographic layer, wherein the printed feature and the hologram are arranged in the holographic layer such that the printed feature and the hologram overlap at least in sections. The invention further relates to a security feature which is produced or can be produced by said method.

    Embodiments of our invention relate to processes for transitioning among polymerization catalyst systems including processes for transitioning among olefin polymerization reactions using Ziegler-Natta catalysts systems and chromium-based catalyst systems. Among embodiments contemplated are a method of transitioning from a first catalyst to a second catalyst in an olefin polymerization reactor, comprising: adding to the reactor a deactivating agent (DA) selected from one of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, or combinations thereof; adding to the reactor a cocatalyst adsorbing agent (CAA), comprising an inorganic oxide selected from one of silica, alumina or combinations thereof; wherein the first catalyst comprises at least one conventional Ziegler-Natta catalyst, and a cocatalyst, wherein the second catalyst comprises at least one chromium-based catalyst, wherein the reactor is a gas-phase, fluidized bed reactor, and wherein the CAA is substantially free of transition metals. In another embodiment a method of transitioning from a first catalyst to a second catalyst in an olefin polymerization reactor is contemplated, comprising: adding a transition aid agent (TAA) wherein the TAA is selected from one of alkoxylated amines, alkoxylated amides, or combinations thereof, wherein the first catalyst comprises at least one Ziegler-Natta catalyst comprising the catalyst, a cocatalyst and optionally a support, and the second catalyst comprises at least one chromium-based catalyst.

    Objects of the present invention are to provide a composition which can easily give cured products enriched with hydrophilic groups at the surface, and a composition which can give cured products while ensuring that the surface is enriched with hydrophilic groups which are hardly concentrated at the surface by conventional methods; to provide cured products obtained from such compositions; to provide a composition which is suited for producing cured products having high and long-lasting hydrophilicity and also having high surface smoothness; and to provide a cured product obtained from the composition. A monolayer film is fabricated which includes a crosslinked resin obtained by polymerizing a composition including a compound (I) having at least one hydrophilic group selected from anionic hydrophilic groups, cationic hydrophilic groups and hydroxyl groups, and at least one functional group with a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond (wherein the number of the functional groups with a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond is one when the hydrophilic group is a hydroxyl-containing group); a compound (II) having two or more functional groups with a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond (wherein the compound may have a hydroxyl group but is free from anionic hydrophilic groups and cationic hydrophilic groups); and at least one compound selected from a surfactant (III) having a hydrophilic moiety including an anionic hydrophilic group, a cationic hydrophilic group or two or more hydroxyl groups, and a hydrophobic moiety including an organic residue, and a compound (IV) having a siloxane bond and a molecular weight of 200 to 1,000,000 (wherein the surfactant (III) and the compound (IV) have no polymerizable carbon-carbon double bonds). The monolayer film has a gradient of hydrophilic group concentration (Sa/Da) of not less than 1.1 wherein Sa is the surface concentration of at least one type of hydrophilic groups selected from anionic hydrophilic groups, cationic hydrophilic groups and hydroxyl groups, and Da is the deep concentration of the hydrophilic groups at 1/2 of the thickness of the monolayer film.
