Synthesis of Novel 2-Amino-4-aryl-5-arylthio-6-methoxypyrimidines and 3(5)-Aryl-4-arylthio-5(3)-methylthiopyrazoles<i>via</i>α-Oxo-α-arylthioketene dithioacetals

Reactions of α-arylthio-α-oxoketene dithioacetals 1 with guanidine nitrate in the presence of sodium methoxide in refluxing methanol afford novel 2-amino-4-aryl-5-arylthio-6-methoxy-pyrimidines. Similarly, when compounds 1 are reacted with hydrazine hydrate in refluxing ethanol, novel substituted 3(5)-aryl-4-arylthio-5(3) methylthiopyrazoles are obtained in high yields.
α-芳硫基-α-氧代烯酮二硫缩醛 1 与硝酸胍在甲醇钠存在下在回流甲醇中反应,得到新型 2-氨基-4-芳基-5-芳硫基-6-甲氧基-嘧啶。类似地,当化合物1与水合肼在回流乙醇中反应时,以高产率获得新型取代的3(5)-芳基-4-芳硫基-5(3)甲硫基吡唑。
