Twenty-six new meroterpenoids, applanatumols C-Z (1–24), Z1 (25) and Z2 (26), and three new alkaloids, ganoapplanatumines A (27), B (28) and epi-ganoapplanatumine B (29), were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma applanatum.
