  A highly efficient enantioselective construction of heterobiaryl N-oxides was developed. A series of axially chiral heterobiaryl N-oxides were generated via the cascade reaction of aminobenzamides with heterobiaryl aldehydes in the presence of chiral phosphoric acids.
