  摘要：

  依赖于铜催化的亚芳基环丙烷的一锅不对称开环二硼化反应，开发了两种对映选择性合成手性跳跃二硼酸酯化合物的方法。在 CuOAc 和 ( R )-DTBM-Segphos 存在下，多种亚芳基环丙烷可与 HBpin 顺利反应，得到具有高对映选择性（高达 99% ee）的手性 1,4-二硼酸酯。同时，在CuOAc和( S , S )-Ph-BPE存在下，依次添加MeOH，多种亚芳基环丙烷选择性地与HBpin和B 2 pin 2反应，得到具有高对映选择性的手性1,3-二硼酸酯（高达98% ee）。这些对映体富集的 1,3- 和 1,4-二硼酸酯可以进行各种对映体特异性转化，同时对映体纯度的损失最小。机理研究表明，这两个硼化过程都是从 CuH 催化的亚芳基环丙烷开环硼氢化反应开始，形成Z / E -高烯丙基硼酸酯中间体的混合物，随后进行对映选择性 CuH 催化的第二次硼氢化或 Cu-Bpin 催化的原硼化反应生成分别为手性1
