  An internal release agent includes at least one phosphodiester represented by the following general formula (1). In the formula, R1 and R2 independently represent a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, which is optionally substituted with at least one hydroxyl group, and R3 represents an alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms.
