A compound having a superior electron-transporting property useful for electrophotographic photoconductors and organic ELs, a positive charge type electrophotographic photoconductor for high sensitive copiers or printers and an electrophotographic apparatus using the same, by using the organic compound in a photosensitive layer as an electron-transporting material are provided.
