  摘要：

  本发明公开了一种制备溶剂紫38的方法。以溶剂绿3为原料，经两步溴化单元反应得到目标产物，其具体途径是以溶剂绿3为原料，用四氯化碳作溶剂，在液溴作用下进行反应，溴化生成1,4‑二（4‑甲基‑2‑溴苯）氨基蒽醌；所得1,4‑二（4‑甲基‑2‑溴苯）氨基蒽醌用DMSO做溶剂，在引发剂AIBN和溴化试剂NBS作用下进行溴化反应，生成1,4‑二（4‑甲基‑2、6‑二溴苯）氨基蒽醌，最后滴加水离析，过滤，得目标产物。本发明采用两步溴化法，提高了溴化反应的选择性，减少了多溴物的生成，提高了产品纯度；采用溴化法合成溶剂紫38替代缩合法，提高了产品收率，工艺简单易行，反应条件温和，便于操作。
