A straightforward approach to the synthesis of valuable β‐acyl substituted arylbutanoates has been developed through a rhodium(III)‐catalyzed three‐component C–H alkylation/nucleophilic addition manifold with synthetically useful aryl oximes and pyrazoles under mild reaction conditions.
