  摘要：

  在环外氮上带有烷基或芳基取代基的2-氨基-2-噻唑啉衍生物已经与不同的异氰酸酯和异硫氰酸酯缩合。该加成以区域特异性方式在环内环氮处发生，以提供动力学和焓有利的加合物。这些结构的明确分配已通过几种化合物的X射线衍射分析得到证实。内加合物在加热时不会重新排列，唯一例外的是其中环外氮保持未被取代的加合物。在其他异氰酸酯或异硫氰酸酯存在下的诱捕实验通过在反应混合物中进行酰基交换而形成新的内加合物。半经验PM3计算完全证实了内或外加合物的较高稳定性，具体取决于取代方式。加合物的形成与逐步反应机理相容，为此，半经验过渡结构可以位于势能表面，并且已经确定了该过程的整体能量。内加合物的形成以较小的活化势垒进行。

  The thiazolidine ring in the title compound has an envelope conformation, E4, with a C atom out of the plane of the ring. The C-S and C-N bond lengths clearly show the typical resonance of the thiourea group. The molecules are linked by van der Waals forces and an intramolecular N...N hydrogen bond is present.
