Reaction of 2-BenzoyIamino-2-methylpropionamidine and 2-Benzoylaminoacetamidine with Bifunctional Compounds

The reaction of 2-benzoylamino-2-methylpropionamidine (III) with 1,3-bifunctional compounds was investigated in connection with studies on 2-benzoylaminoacetamidine(I). In case of the reaction of III an appreciable amount of 5,5-dimethyl-2-phenylimidazolin-4-imide (VIII) was formed, the yield of 2-(1-benzoylamino-1-methylethyl)-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine (VI) being low. On the other hand, III reacted with
2-苯甲酰氨基-2-甲基丙脒 (III) 与 1,3-双功能化合物的反应结合对 2-苯甲酰氨基乙脒 (I) 的研究进行了研究。在 III 反应的情况下,形成了相当数量的 5,5-二甲基-2-苯基咪唑啉-4-酰亚胺 (VIII),2-(1-苯甲酰氨基-1-甲基乙基)-4,6-二甲基嘧啶的产率(六)低。另一方面,除了VIII之外,III与乙酰乙酸乙酯反应以约50%的产率得到2-(1-苯甲酰氨基-1-甲基乙基)-4-羟基-6-甲基嘧啶(IX)。III 和 I 均与乙氧基亚甲基乙酰丙酮反应生成 5-乙酰基-2-(1-苯甲酰氨基-1-甲基乙基)-4-甲基嘧啶 (X) 和 5-乙酰基-2-(N-苯甲酰氨基甲基)-4-甲基嘧啶(十一)分别。
