    从药用大麻品种(FM2)花序中分离出Δ9-四氢大麻酚,Δ9-四氢大麻酚(Δ9-THCB)和大麻二酚,大麻二丁醇(CBDB)的丁基同系物。对两种大麻素均进行了适当的光谱和光谱表征,包括NMR,UV,IR,ECD和HRMS。通过与通过立体选择性合成获得的各个化合物的光谱数据进行比较,确认了分离出的大麻素的化学结构和绝对构型。Δ9-THC的丁基同系物Δ9-THCB对人CB1(Ki = 15 nM)和CB2受体(Ki = 51 nM)表现出与(-)-trans-Δ9-THC相似的亲和力。对接研究表明,关键键对CB1受体具有THC样结合亲和力。为了揭示可能的止痛和抗炎特性,对福尔马林在Δ9-THCB上进行了体内福尔马林测试。小鼠四肢试验显示Δ9-THCB对CB1受体有部分激动作用。
