4-Allylthio-2-arylquinazolines 4a–c undergo cyclization by action of bromine to furnish 5-aryl-3-bromomethyl-2,3-dihydrothiazolo[3,2-c]quinazolin-4-ium bromide 5a–c. Compounds 5a–c undergo ring opening by action of water under acid catalysis to afford the corresponding dibromide derivatives 6a–c. Bromination of 3-allyl-2-aryl-4(3H)quinazolinethiones 7a–c leads to 5-aryl-2-bromomethyl-2,3-dihydrothiazolo[3
4-烯丙基硫基-2-芳基喹唑啉 4a-c 通过溴的作用进行环化,得到 5-芳基-3-溴甲基-2,3-二氢噻唑并[3,2-c]喹唑啉-4-鎓溴化物 5a-c。化合物 5a-c 在酸催化下通过水的作用开环得到相应的二溴化物衍生物 6a-c。3-烯丙基-2-芳基-4(3H)喹唑啉硫酮7a-c 的溴化生成5-芳基-2-溴甲基-2,3-二氢噻唑并[3,2-c]喹唑啉-4-鎓溴化物8a-c。然而,5-芳基-1,3-噻唑并[3,2-c]喹唑啉-3-醇盐10a-c 是通过相应的巯基乙酸9a-c 与Ac2O 的环化脱水制备的。
