availability of the phosphorylated benzofulvene library is greatly facilitated by the current discovered method of regioselective C-3 phosphorylation of benzofulvene. Through the use of control experiments, the mechanism of the reaction may be elicited, revealing the reaction‘s radical route. Furthermore, late-stage diversification provides broadly substituted benzofulvene moieties.
The invention provides a probe compound useful for early diagnosis of conformation disease, a composition and a kit comprising it for diagnosis for conformation disease, and a medical composition for treatment and/or prevention of conformation disease.
