THE relatively high electronegativity of the pentafluorophenyl group, C6F5, is expected to alter the donor characteristics of ligand molecules. We wish to report initial results of studies with three types of fluoroaromatic ligands.
To provide a fluorinated aromatic polymer having excellent heat resistance and a low relative permittivity; and an insulating film for electronic devices and an insulating film for multilayered wiring boards, which are made of the polymer.
