Reductive aminationa variety of aldehydes with different anilines has been performed by Zn(BH4)2/MgBr2 as reducing system in THF at room temperature in high to excellent yields of the corresponding secondary amines (80-90%).
Structurally different secondary amineshave been synthesized byreductive aminationofavarietyof aldehydes and anilines with NaBH 4 /Ga(OH) 3 as new reducingsystems in CH3CN at room temperature in high to excellent yields of products (88-95%).
a reusable catalyst for C-/N-alkylation of alcohols with higher reaction efficiency and selectivity compared to individual components via its flexible binding sites, diverse hydrogen bond donor-acceptor fragments, rigidity, variable coordination mode, and cooperativity.
