Réactifs de Polyvinylogation : accès aisé et rapide à des Polyénals variés.
摘要:
This work describes the synthesis and the reactivity of three reagents of polyvinylogation 1-3 By condensation with several aldehydes and ketones, these reagents allow the introduction of three or four doubles bonds, leading to polyenals 5-6 in one or two steps with good yields, A thorough study by high field NMR spectroscopy has been realised ; these polyenals show an all trans configuration.
The O-silylated dienolates of α,β-unsaturated ketones and aldehydes can be thiophosphorylated using O,O-dialkylchlorothiophosphonates and O,O-dialkylbromodithiophosphonates to give a new class of compounds thio- and dithiophosphates 1-4 in high yield.

Conjugate elimination reactions are able to transform dienic acetals into the corresponding trienol diethers and efficiently convert γ-alkoxy α,β-unsaturated epoxides into hydroxy dienol ethers.
A new synthesis of polyunsaturated allenic carbonyls

Palladium-catalysed transformation of readily available mixed carbonates 1a–l gives rise to a variety of allenicpolyunsaturated aldehydes and ketones 2a–l. These carbonyls were sometimes contaminated with minor amounts of the undesired acetylenic regioisomers 3, and could be purified by silicagel chromatography.

Recently, the isolation of a new class of human arachidonic acid tetrahydrofuran oxidation products, the isofurans (IsoF's), was reported. These new compounds are available from natural sources only in microgram quantities as mixtures. The enantioselective preparation of a versatile epoxide intermediate and its conversion to the enantiomerically pure isofurans SC-Delta(13)-9-IsoF and 15-epi-SC-Delta(13)-9-IsoF are described. This synthesis will make these metabolites available for physiological evaluation.
