From the reaction of ClC(CF3)2SCl (3) with Me3SiNHBut the amine ClC(CF3)2SNHBut(5) is obtained. 1,3-Dehydrohalogenation of ClC(CF3)2SNHBut (5) with LiN(SiMe3)2 yieldsthe sulfin-imide (CF3)2C S NBut (6).
