    Determining the Regioregularity in Alkyne Polycarbodiimides and Their Orthogonal Modification of Side Chains To Yield Perfectly Alternating Functional Polymers
    摘要:
    To understand the structure-property relationship in functional macromolecules through side chain modulation, both the accurate determination of the position of modifiable groups along the polymer chain and their subsequent modifications using high fidelity methods are crucial. In this report, the polymer microstructure of a helical alkyne polycarbodiimide has directly been probed through N-15 NMR spectroscopy on isotopic labeled poly(N-(3-ethynylphenyl)-N-15'-hexyl)carbodiimide and found to be a highly regioregular polymer structure. This polymer undergoes facile and quantitative CuAAC "click" chemistry, yielding perfectly alternating functional polymers. Advances have been made through the synthesis of new optically active alkyne polycarbodiimides with two independently modifiable pendant groups per repeat unit of polymers. Orthogonal postmodifications of the pendant groups were then performed to incorporate two different sets of small molecules in the repeat unit of polymers in a controlled manner and under mild reaction conditions using either sequential CuAAC "click" reactions when two dissimilar alkyne groups are present or a combination of CuAAC and thiol-ene click chemistries when pendant groups bear alkyne and vinyl moieties.

    A zwitterionic monomer (4‐vinylphenyl isothiocyanate [VPI]‐1,2‐dimetyl‐1,4,5,6,‐tetrahydropirimidine [DMTHP]) was synthesized by the reaction of VPI and a cyclic amidine DMTHP.     The present invention is directed to solubilizing compounds, a device and a method for solubilizing and removing carboxylic acids and especially fatty acids from oils, fats, aqueous emulsion, aqueous media and organic solutions. Devices utilizing the inventive method shall be used for separating carboxylic acids from oils, fats, aqueous emulsion, lipophilic media or organic solutions, respectively by preparing an aqueous micro- or nanoemulsion of the carboxylic acids especially the fatty acids and the solubilizing compound which contains at least one amidino and/or gianidino group. Solubilization effects of solubilizing compounds combined with the inventive use of separation methods for carboxylic acids can be used to treat persons in need of removal of fatty acids or analyze carboxylic acids from blood or process other solutions in food, pharmacy, chemistry, bio fuel industry or other industrial processings.

    There is provided an anti-reflective coating forming composition comprising a solid content and a solvent, wherein a proportion of sulfur atom in the solid content is 5 to 25 mass%. The anti-reflective coating obtained from the composition has a high preventive effect for reflected light, causes no intermixing with photoresists, and can use in lithography process by use of a light having a short wavelength such as F2 excimer laser beam (wavelength 157 nm) or ArF excimer laser beam (wavelength 193 nm), etc.
