    摘要:
    Conditions of aromatization of 2-(2-hetaryl)imidazolines and their analogs with various dehydrogenating agents were examined. A new catalytic system, Pd/C-diphenyl oxide, was studied, and the optimal catalyst : imidazoline ratio ensuring formation of 2-substituted imidazoles in high yield was found.

    This invention pertains generally to supramolecular polymers comprising a polymeric molecule linked to a first CB[8] guest molecule and an attachment compound linked to a second CB[8] guest molecule, wherein the first and second CB[8] guest molecules form a ternary host-guest complex with a CB[8] molecule which non-covalently links the polymeric molecule and the attachment compound in a supramolecular polymer. These polymers are useful as vehicles for delivery of a therapeutic compound for use in a method of treatment of the human or animal body, in particular for use in a method of delivering the therapeutic compound to a target site in an individual. The invention also provides methods for the preparation of the supramolecular polymers.

The hydrogel may hold a component, such as a therapeutic compound or a biological molecule. The hydrogels are suitable for use in medicine.

    A nested capsule having a first capsule held within a second capsule. Each of the first and second capsules has a shell that is a supramolecular cross-linked network, such as a cucurbituril supramolecular cross-linked network. Each capsule shell is obtained or is obtainable from the complexation of a composition including a host, such as cucurbituril, and one or more building blocks having suitable guest functionality for the host, thereby to form a supramolecular cross-linked network. The nested capsules are suitable for delivering and selectively releasing an encapsulant at a location.
