  (EN) The present invention provides novel 5-(1-fluorovinyl)-1H-pyrimidine-2,4-dione derivatives of formula (I) which are useful as antineoplastic agents by themselves or in conjunctive therapy with the antineoplastic agent 5-fluorouracil. In said formula, R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl, or a phenyl group unsubstituted or substituted with from 1 to 3 substituents, wherein each substituent is selected from the group consisting of C1-C4 alkyl and C1-C4 alkoxy; and R3 is hydrogen, ribose, 2'-deoxyribose or arabinose.(FR) L'invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés de 5-(1-fluorovinyle)-1H-pyrimidine-2,4-dione qui se révèlent utiles comme agents anti-néoplasiques, qu'ils soient utilisés seuls ou associés avec l'agent anti-néoplasique 5-fluoroacile. Ils correspondent à la formule (I) où R1 et R2 représentent chacun indépendamment hydrogène, C1-4 alkyle ou un groupe phényle substitué ou non avec 1 à 3 substituants dont chacun est sélectionné dans le groupe consistant en C1-4 alkyle et C1-4 alkoxy; et R3 représente hydrogène , ribose, 2'-déoxyribose ou arabinose.
