理化性质

偏硼酸钠四水合物为无色或白色晶体,熔点57℃,易溶于水,其溶液同样呈强碱性,但不溶于乙醇。当受热至120℃时,即会失去一分子结晶水。

制备方法

偏硼酸钠可通过将煅烧粉碎后的硼镁矿石用30%的烧碱溶液加热分解后,经过滤、浓缩、冷却和结晶等步骤制得。

用途

偏硼酸钠可用于分析试剂及除锈剂和洗涤剂。此外,它还可用作防腐剂。
