摘要 本研究致力于4-氯-2-[5-(二乙基氨基)-2-羟基亚苄基]氨基}苯酚及其过渡金属配合物的合成。通过N,N-二乙基水杨醛醛与4-氯-2-氨基苯酚在酸性介质中的缩合反应已经实现了配体的合成。具有不同过渡金属离子[M 2+=累积了Mn(II),Fe(II),Co(II),Ni(II),Cu(II),Zn(II),Cd(II),Hg(II)和Pd(II)]在酒精介质中,并通过光谱学方法表征。配合物的UV-Vis分析表明,配体通过OH基和偶氮甲碱氮原子与金属离子配位,充当三齿配体。所选复合物的抗癌试验表明,Cu(II)复合物对HeLa细胞系具有中等的体外活性。
