  设计并合成了一系列阳离子脂质作为基因传递的载体。脂质含有缩酮部分作为接头和胆固醇基团作为疏水尾。胆固醇衍生物的框架可以通过稳定双层及其与DNA的复合物来提高脂质体的稳定性，从而提高转染效率。转染后，脂质中的缩酮键在细胞内的酸性环境（pH=2-5）中很容易降解，毒性很小；在细胞外的中性环境中（pH=7），它们作为基因载体应该是稳定的。使用 BL-6、3LL、293、3T3 和 Hela 细胞进行了体外基因转移实验。结果表明，三种脂质的基因转染活性较高，在实验条件下对细胞的毒性最小。
