    摘要:
    The hexadecyloxyacetic acid was prepared by alkylation of glycolic acid. Proceeding from the acid obtained zinc complexes were synthesized of meso-trans-di(hexadecyloxy)tetra-benzoporphyrin, meso-tetra(hexadecyloxy)tetrabenzoporphyrin, and also of meso-hexadecyloxytetrabenzoazaporphyrins. The spectral properties of compounds synthesized were investigated.

    In reaction of 2,3-dihydro-3-[(1-hydroxy-1-methyl-1H-isoindol-3-yl)methylene]-1H-isoindol-1-one with hydrazine hydrate in the presence of a template agent (metal acetates) in butanol environment metal complexes formed of 1-methyltetrabenzooctadehydrocorrin. A scheme of formation of these compounds was suggested and their spectral characteristics were investigated.

    Prolonged heating of phthalimide with 2-methylquinoline in the presence of zinc oxide afforded zink complexes of meso-tri-, di- and monoquinolyltetrabenzoporphins. Alternative preparation methods were developed for some among these compounds. The corresponding porphins were prepared by treating complexes with hydrochloric acid. The spectral characteristics of compounds synthesized were investigated.

    meso-Monophenyltetrabenzoporphine and its zinc complex were synthesized starting from 3-(3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindol-1-yiidenemethyl)-1H-isoindol-1-one. The effect of unsymmetrical meso-substitution on physical and spectral properties of the products is discussed. The results of quantum-chemical calculations suggest spatial distortion of the porphyrin macroring.

    Reactions of phthalimide with capric and stearic acids gave 1-[1-(1-oxo-1H-isoindol-3-yl)nonylidene]-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindol-3-one and 1-[1-(1-oxo-1H-isoindol-3-yl)heptadecylidene]-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindol-3-one, respectively. The latter were heated with zinc(II) acetate to obtain zinc complexes of 5,15-dioctyl- and 5,15-dihexadecyltetrabenzoporphyrins. The same complexes were synthesized by reaction of 1-(1-oxo-1H-isoindol-3-ylmethylidene)-2,3-dihydro- 1H-isoindol-3-one with capric or stearic acid in the presence of zinc(II) oxide. The corresponding free porphyrin ligands were obtained by treatment of the metal complexes with sulfuric acid.
