  (EN) Composition for regulating the growth of cultivated plants mainly of cereals, papilionaceae, sunflower, cotton and maize comprising as active ingredient 0.1-90% by mass of a compound of general formula (I) wherein R1, R2 and R3 are the same or different and stand for C1-C16 straight or branched alkyl or C2-C16 alkenyl and Y stands for a nonphytotoxic anion, preferably halogen and an inert solid or liquid carrier or a solvent and optionally a surfactant and/or dispersing agent and/or an additive influencing favourably the activity; and to the process for regulating the growth of cultivated plants.(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à une composition de régulation de la croissance de plantes cultivées, surtout de céréales, de papilionacées, de tournesols, de coton et de maïs comprenant comme ingrédient actif de 0,1 à 90% en masse d'un élément de la formule générale (I), dans laquelle R1, R2 et R3 sont identiques ou différents et représentent de l'alkyle droit ou ramifié C1-C16 ou de l'alkényle C2-C16 et Y représente un anion non phytotoxique, de préférence halogène et un conducteur de solide ou de liquide inerte ou un solvant et éventuellement un agent tensio-actif et/ou de dispersion et/ou un additif influençant favorablement ladite activité.
